Online registration for high school (9-12 grades) and middle school (6-8 grades) sports for the Fall 2025 season is now open.

Please go to your Genesis Parent Portal to complete the Fall season registration. (Winter and Spring registrations will open at a later date.)

The registration link can be found in the "Forms" section, not the "Athletics" section. Parents can access the "Athletics" section to confirm once an athlete has been cleared.

There are four action items that need to occur for sports clearance:

• Online registration
• Medical clearance from the school nurse
• ImPact Concussion testing (HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ONLY) clearance by the Athletic Trainer (all 9th graders and new students; every other year for all others unless post-concussion)
• Paid Activity fee (click here for the high school activity fee letter - click here for the middle school activity fee letter)

All must be completed by August 1 for high school and August 15 for middle school to avoid delays in being cleared for participation.

FOR STUDENTS WHO NEED A NEW PHYSICAL IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE UPCOMING SEASON: An original copy of the LAST PAGE of the Preparticipation Physical Evaluation Medical Eligibility Form MUST be dropped off or mailed to the attention of the high school or middle school nurses, depending on the grade of the student. Please do not email the form. (The Preparticipation Physical Evaluation Form should be maintained by the healthcare provider completing the physical exam (medical home). Although not required, you may ask your physician for a copy to be kept in the health office at the school.

The medical eligibility form (last page) is the only form that MUST be submitted to the school. The physical exam must be completed by a healthcare provider who is a licensed physician, advanced practice nurse, or physician assistant who has completed the Student-Athlete Cardiac Assessment Professional Development module hosted by the New Jersey Department of Education.) Please make sure you keep a copy for your records!

FOR STUDENTS WHO HAVE A VALID PHYSICAL ON FILE WITH THE SCHOOL NURSE AND IT DOES NOT EXPIRE PRIOR TO THE START OF THE FALL SEASON: Complete online registration, which includes the Health History Update Questionnaire. Responses must be for any health issues that have occurred since the last/current sports physical!

August 11: HS Football, HS Girls Tennis, HS Band, HS Cheerleading

August 18: HS Boys and Girls Soccer, HS Field Hockey, HS Girls Volleyball

August 25: HS Boys and Girls Cross Country

September 2: HS & MS Fall Crew, MS Field Hockey, MS Boys/Girls Cross Country
