1. REGISTRATION - Please register through the athletics website.
2. SPORTS/MEDICAL FORMS - Please submit the the appropriate forms to the school nurse.
3. IMPACT TESTING - This concussion baseline test must be completed every other year.
4. WINTER TRACK & FIELD SIGN-UP FORM - Please complete the survey below to provide information about yourself and your interests. All interested athletes should fill this out (even if you were on the team last year). This will include an email address at which you will receive reminders! Filling out the survey does not commit you to track and field.
