Pre-Season Period
January 11 - January 31
Pre-Season Guidelines:
- Participation in pre-season is optional but encouraged
- Virtual meetings will provide an opportunity to check in with teammates, review pre-season training with coaches, and participate in virtual plyo/core workouts
- Full registration and clearance is required to participate in virtual training sessions
- Athletes may join any meeting to check on clearance status
- In-person group workouts are not permitted
- Due the pandemic, please choose running routes that do not pass through town on Kings Highway
- Links to Google Meets will be provided via Remind (See Sign Up tab for Remind instructions)
