Girls Varsity Soccer

Lori Quintavalle.


Head Girls Soccer Coach

Biography:

Coach Quintavalle graduated from Haddonfield Memorial High School in 2000 and continued her soccer career at UMBC from 2000-2003.  While playing at HMHS, she was a 4 year starter, and a captain her senior year. She helped lead her team to 2 SJ titles (‘96, ‘97) and 1 State title (‘97).  She also played basketball (3 peat state champs ’97, ‘98, ‘99), softball and ran track during her time at HMHS. Her career at UMBC was also memorable, leading the team her senior year to their first ever visit to the America East Conference Tournament and being named to the all tournament team.  During her time at UMBC, she began to dream of returning to HMHS as a coach and teacher and share everything she learned.

 

Coach Q. is going into her 19th season as a coach in the girls soccer program.  She started her career at HMHS In 2004 when she became the freshman coach. She gained experience under Coach Gess for the next 9 years coaching both the freshman and JV squads.  Coach Q. was named the head Coach in 2013. The team’s record from 2013-2022 is 143-40-11. Also, during that time they have won 6 conference championships, 4 SJ Championships, and have made the state and coaches tournament final once.  Coach Q. was named Coach of the Year in 2016 by The South Jersey Soccer Coaches Association, after the team went 25-2 and made it to the State Final.

 

In addition to coaching soccer, Coach Q. is a Co-Advisor for the senior class.  A little known fact about Coach Q. is that she loves to travel and has traveled with students for 13 years to places like; Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa, Peru, Ecuador, Belize, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Australia and New Zealand.

Tricia Singleton.


Assistant Girls Soccer Coach

Biography:

Alma Mater: Shawnee High School (1997), Clemson University (2001)


Tricia is in her six year with the HMHS Girls Soccer program.

Coach Singleton first got involved with Haddonfield Soccer coaching at the youth level for the club program. Her involvement has increased over the years and she is now one of the club’s trainers in addition to coaching a U8 Girls travel team. Prior to coaching in town, she served as the Middle School soccer coach at Magnolia School for eight seasons.

As a valuable member of the Medford Strikers soccer club for nine years, Tricia honed her skills andbecame one of the top players in the state. She led her team to two club state championships while earning MVP honors in both tournaments. These wins advanced the Strikers to the Regional Tournament where they played in the finals both years


Tricia was a four year starter at Shawnee High School in Medford, NJ. She was selected All South Jersey three years, first team All State two years and Umbro All-American for two years. As a senior, she was named New Jersey High School Player of the Year. Tricia led her team to three South Jersey titles and two state finals. She was also a member of the Olympic Development Program State team for five years, the Regional team for three years and earned a spot on the U16 National Team her junior year.

At Clemson University, Tricia overcame her third ACL surgery to become a key member of a program that consistently vied for conference and national championships. Admired for her perseverance, attitude, grit and leadership, she was named captain as a junior and senior. Tricia led the Lady Tigers to three Elite 8 appearances and two Sweet 16’s. She closed her career at Clemson by being named Lady Tiger of the Year (team MVP) in 2001.

Coach Singleton is excited for her new challenge as a full-time coach of the HMHS Girls Soccer program. She looks forward to sharing her love of the sport while teaching and motivating young athletes.

Tricia holds a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Clemson University and is a First grade teacher. She also has an F License recognized by US Youth Soccer.

Tricia resides in Haddonfield with her husband, Justin and their three children – Jaxson, Kenley and Kallie.
